If your artwork arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please contact our customer support team at hello@mustardology.org with a detailed description of the damage, along with clear photos of the affected item. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, we will gladly replace it to ensure you receive the quality you deserve.
Refunds
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Each of our products is custom-crafted and made-to-order, ensuring a one-of-a-kind piece tailored specifically for you. From the cutting of the wood to the final print and frame, every detail is personalized according to your unique specifications. Due to this bespoke nature, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding, as each item is individually produced with care and precision for every customer’s request.
